Hello! I would like to ask you, if we are able to add our video ads to the embedded player ostube offers for people to use in their websites

No, video-ads are only shown at your own page. It is very likely this will come in the future. But I don't know when. Afaik the "roadmap" to the next version isn't written in stone yet.
